Step 1:

Place your order from the “My Store” section on the site.  If you would like delivery, be sure to add that to your cart as well.

 

Step 2:

Shortly after your order is received (no later than 24-hours), I will contact you to confirm your order and iron out any additional details with you concerning your meal(s).

 

Step 3:

After I have all of your order details, I will begin shopping for and prepping your meals.  Please be patient, as I want to make sure that your food is fresh and flavorful.  I want to give your protein enough time to marinate overnight, chop up your veggies, and prepare your seasonings.  Trust me, it’s worth the wait ;)

 

Step 4:

Once I’ve prepared your order, I’m going to contact you to schedule a pickup time.  The turnaround time from placing your order to receiving the finished product is roughly 48-hours (times may vary)

 

**Rush Delivery**

If you need your meals the same-day or next-day, I’m happy to accommodate you.  However, please note that the fee for rush delivery is $5 per meal
