Refund Policy

At Meal Prep by Cort, all meals are freshly prepared, customized, and made to order. Due to the
nature of our services and food safety standards, the following refund policy applies.
All Sales & Order Finalization
Orders are subject to a 48-hour preparation window. Once meals enter the preparation phase,
orders become final and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. Meals are cooked fresh on the
day of pickup or delivery.
Refund Requests (Before Prep Begins)
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment being placed. Refunds are
reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Once preparation begins, all sales are final.
Pickup Orders
Clients are responsible for arriving within the scheduled pickup window. Missed or late pickups will
not be refunded or replaced.
Delivery Orders
Most deliveries are hand-delivered by Meal Prep by Cort. If a third-party delivery service is used, we
are not responsible for delays or errors once meals are transferred. Failed deliveries due to
incorrect information or client unavailability are non-refundable.
Meal Contents & Pricing
Meals are not sold by weight, portion size, or macros unless stated. Premium proteins such as
steak or shrimp require a $3 upcharge per meal.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Clients must disclose allergies prior to ordering. Meal Prep by Cort is not responsible for reactions
due to undisclosed allergies. Taste preferences do not qualify for refunds.
Quality Concerns
Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours with photo documentation. Approved resolutions
may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For
Change of mind, missed pickups or deliveries, schedule conflicts, or meals already prepared,
delivered, or picked up.
Force Majeure
Meal Prep by Cort is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control including
weather, power outages, or emergencies.
Future Services
This policy applies to future services including coaching, consultations, and digital products unless
otherwise stated.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who violate policies or abuse refund requests.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
