Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Meal Prep by Cort, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to
all meal prep, catering, pop-up events, and vendor orders.

1. Orders & Payments
• Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Catering and large orders may require a non-refundable deposit.
2. No Refunds / No Returns
• Due to the nature of prepared food, all sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges once food has been prepared or picked up.
• Any order concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
3. Cancellations
• Meal prep orders must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Catering and large orders must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment or deposit.
4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
• Meal Prep by Cort is not an allergen-free kitchen.
• Cross-contamination may occur (including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish).
• Customers are responsible for disclosing all allergies prior to ordering.
5. Food Safety & Storage
• Meals are prepared following safe food-handling practices.
• Once food is picked up or delivered, Meal Prep by Cort is not responsible for improper storage or reheating.
• Meals should be refrigerated promptly and consumed within recommended timeframes.
6. Pickup Policy
• Pickup locations and times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled pickup.
• Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be discarded without refund.
• Late pickups may affect food quality and safety, and refunds will not be issued.
7. Delivery Policy
• Delivery availability, fees, and windows will be communicated prior to confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery location.
• Meal Prep by Cort is not responsible for food left unattended due to customer unavailability.
8. Catering & Events

• Final menu selections and guest counts must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.
• Any last-minute changes may result in additional charges.
• Client is responsible for providing adequate space and access if on-site service is required.
9. Branding & Photography
• Meal Prep by Cort reserves the right to photograph food, setups, and events for marketing and promotional
purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
10. Liability
• Meal Prep by Cort is not liable for adverse reactions related to food allergies, dietary choices, or improper
consumption.
• Responsibility transfers to the customer once the order is received.
11. Right to Refuse Service
• Meal Prep by Cort reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization in accordance with
applicable laws.
12. Acceptance of Terms
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms &
Conditions.
